Good first RC aircraft.May 26, 2010 JM(Scotland) Of course it's cheap. That's why we all bought it. But as for value for money, I would say it's great. I've had over 20 flights now and this plane has given me the fundimentals to move on to a 3 or 4 channel plane. A few crashes at the start ( fix broken foam with sellotape and wing spars with a loop of garden wire between the two) had me add some weight to the front for a better centre of gravity. This aircraft only flies well in NO WIND conditions as it is so light and relatively underpowered. Control is via 3 speed motor and rudder (needs tuned with trial and error). More speed equals more height then once high enough add full rudder for some great high speed descending spirals. Great stuff but time to move on.....
